This track still exists, I don’t know why we never hear about it.

If I’m not mistaken, a small section is currently part of a purpose-built track, but most of it is still public road.

For some reason watching this video made me think how cool time travel would be. I mean that’s obvious, but also in the sense that we could take time vacations. I don’t think I could live in the 60's after getting used to email, smartphones, etc. but visiting the time period for like a week and then coming back would be amazing.

True, but still looks like a cool track:

Certainly. It’s a bit like Spa: they lost the crazy-high speeds on public road, but kept the rollercoaster feel intact.

I wouldn’t mind leaving email and smartphones behind permanently, especially if the tradeoff is experiences like the one above.

I would pay a lot of money for this in Forza.

Considering the quality of the tarmac of the old track, it’s possible. Just replace the old concrete barriers with Tecpro barriers and mesh-fence, and add a catch-net to wherever else in place of runoff, some streetlights, and voila!
